Our experience with ActiveCampaign

We have used and played around with ActiveCampaign for two years now along with multiple other marketing tools on the side. We simply had no issues in terms of deliverability. We had very high deliverability and open rate consistently.

In addition, the customer support, whenever we needed help was phenomenal. 

However, there was one instance whereby they only answered after a few hours and this was because they have times whereby they can’t answer exactly 24 hours a day. Besides that day though we had always been answered or helped within a few minutes (around 2 minutes). That’s why we think customer support is phenomenal.

We found the software to be extremely powerful. We love how easy it is to automate emails. e.g. You can send emails in your specific subscriber’s time zone and day. You can send emails based on how previous subscribers acted on previous emails. 

You can easily automate the steps of each email you want your subscribers to go through. You can use different statements for this like ‘if’ statements.

We were able to analyze open rates and click-through rates easily for us to make adjustments and improvements to our email campaigns.
